TERMS & CONDITIONS : All entries must be submitted by the child’s legal guardian and received by July 31, 2009. Send an e-mail to colorado.parent@parenthood.com and include an image of the child as an attachment. OR mail us an image at Colorado Parent, Atten: Cover Kid Contest, 5460 S. Quebec St., Ste. 130, Greenwood Village, Co 80111. All children must be between the ages of 1 and 12. Photographs will be judged by representatives of Colorado Parent and the Cover Kid contest photographer and will be judged based on the visual appeal and photogenic qualities of the child based on the photographs submitted and as determined by the judges. All decisions of the judges are final and binding as to all contest matters. The winner will be required to attend a photo shoot during the month of August 2009 in the metro-Denver area, and the winner’s legal guardian must sign an appropriate release form. Employees, and their immediate relatives, of Dominion Enterprises and it’s parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies or agents are not eligible to enter. This prize is not transferable, assignable, or redeemable for cash. All applicable laws apply and this contest is void where prohibited.
